Head of Finance and Accounts at an Undisclosed Company via Future Moves Recruitment Agency – Jakande Estate, Isolo

An undisclosed food-manufacturing company is seeking a Head of Finance and Accounts through Future Moves Recruitment Agency in Jakande Estate, Isolo, Lagos, to lead its financial operations and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance and accounting operations and oversee financial reporting, management accounts and cash-flow statements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and financial performance analyses.
• Maintain compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements, including licensing matters.
• Improve financial controls, reporting procedures and treasury and working-capital management.
• Manage banking relationships, coordinate audits and support timely regulatory reporting.
• Advise management on business decisions and expansion and mentor the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• ICAN (ACA) or ACCA certification is required.
• Seven to ten years’ progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least three years’ leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading finance functions, reporting, budgets, taxation and controls.
• Strong Excel, ERP/accounting-system, analytical and leadership skills with integrity and attention to detail.

Remuneration and schedule

• ₦800,000 net per month, depending on experience.
• On-site work, Monday to Friday.
