Head of Creative Media at an Undisclosed Multi-brand Group via Workforce Group – Abuja (FCT)
An Abuja-based multi-brand group is recruiting a Head of Creative Media in Abuja (FCT).
Summary
We are looking for a strong creative leader to head the media team and drive high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Lead the media team and direct all creative output across the group’s brands and for outside clients.
- Set the creative direction for video, photo and social media content, and make sure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Stay hands-on: shoot, edit or produce content when needed.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to win, onboard and serve clients.
- Manage the team’s workload, review all output before delivery, and keep accurate records of work done.
Requirements
- A strong creative background as a videographer, photographer, editor or creative lead, with experience directing or leading a team.
- A proven portfolio of video, photo and social media content (please include links).
- Good leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, give clear creative direction and review work to a high standard.
- Experience working with clients or with agency or production-house work is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of camera equipment and editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom).
