An undisclosed multi-brand business is recruiting a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive in Abuja through Workforce Group to manage paid campaigns, social accounts and online lead generation.

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive.

The successful candidate will sit within the Business Development team and drive online sales across the client’s brands.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run digital marketing and paid ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google to generate leads and sales.
• Manage the brands’ social media accounts day to day: content planning, posting, community management, and responding to enquiries and comments.
• Keep a consistent brand voice, look and message across all accounts, while respecting each brand’s own identity.
• Work with the Business Development Manager to turn online interest into enquiries, bookings and orders, and pass qualified leads to the right brand team promptly.
• Work with the creative and media team to plan and produce photos, videos, graphics and captions that support campaigns.
• Manage ad budgets responsibly and get the best return on spend.
• Track and report performance (reach, engagement, leads and sales conversions), with recommendations for improvement.
• Keep up with social media trends, platform changes and competitor activity, and suggest new ideas to grow the audience.
• Support promotions, events and product launches with online campaigns.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management, ideally with sales or lead generation targets.
• Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and/or Google.
• A strong portfolio of social media content and campaigns you have managed.
• Ability to read performance data and report on reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
• Good writing skills for captions and ad copy, and a good eye for visuals.
• Experience managing more than one brand is an advantage.
• Must live in Abuja.
