Emeraid International Group Limited is recruiting a Knowledge Management & Proposal Development Manager in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.

The opportunity

Build a trustworthy, searchable knowledge-management system and develop compliant, evidence-based proposals that draw on the Group’s verified experience without depending on the CEO for routine drafting or document retrieval.

Core responsibilities

• Establish and manage a secure document repository with naming conventions, version control, ownership, access permissions and review schedules.
• Keep verified credentials, case studies, project sheets, CVs, references and policies current and correctly attributed to the relevant legal entities.
• Identify bid opportunities, assess eligibility, advise on bid decisions and coordinate compliance and contributors’ timelines.
• Personally write and edit proposals, concept notes, capability statements and methodologies.
• Coordinate authorised submission, technical evidence, staffing and financial information, obtaining CFO approval for financial content.
• Capture lessons and proven methods as reusable resources for proposals and internal learning.
• Protect confidential information, check AI-assisted outputs against source evidence and never invent credentials.
• Monitor proposal results and streamline routine editing, retrieval and follow-up.

Requirements

• At least five years’ work in proposals, consulting, knowledge management, research or donor-funded programmes, with demonstrated writing and knowledge-reuse work.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional pathway in development, economics, business, information management, communications or a related discipline.
• Shareable technical-writing portfolio and practical evidence of a repository or controlled document workflow personally created.
• Ability to interpret bid documents, coordinate contributors, manage concurrent deadlines and detect inconsistent claims.
• Strong Word, spreadsheets, metadata and document-management competence.
• Development-sector procurement or professional services experience is an advantage.

Make priority credentials current, establish a tested knowledge repository and demonstrate an end-to-end compliant proposal process that reduces routine CEO drafting.
