An undisclosed real estate and property development company is recruiting a full-time Head of Real Estate Sales in Abuja through ResumeSurge Consulting. The position reports to the Group Chief Executive Officer and leads high-value property transactions and sales teams.

Sales strategy and business development

• Lead sales operations, build growth strategies and achieve ambitious revenue and conversion targets.
• Independently source, negotiate and close real estate transactions valued at ₦500 million or more per deal.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, institutions and other major buyers.
• Recruit, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team and strengthen its pipeline and business acquisition.
• Direct lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, deal completion and account development.
• Track market trends, competitors, KPIs, revenue forecasts and sales performance with executive management.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and legal teams to execute successful transactions.

Requirements and location conditions

• Relevant qualification and demonstrated senior sales leadership in real estate, banking, financial services or another target-led industry.
• Consistent record of beating commercial targets and closing individual high-value property transactions of at least ₦500 million.
• Ability to develop business, acquire customers, manage senior relationships and lead sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, commercial decision-making and communication skills.
• A network of investors, high-net-worth individuals or corporate decision-makers is an advantage.
• Only candidates who currently reside in Lagos will be considered; the successful applicant must relocate permanently to Abuja.

Compensation and benefits

• During probation: ₦1,000,000–₦1,200,000 per month, official vehicle and relocation allowance.
• After confirmation: ₦1,500,000 per month, housing allowance, official vehicle, professional development allowance up to ₦1,000,000 per year, comprehensive health insurance, pension and PAYE arrangements.
