Real Estate Marketer at Royal Resource Management – CBD, Abuja
Royal Resource Management is recruiting a full-time Real Estate Marketer in Abuja’s Central Business District to generate property sales leads, conduct viewings and close transactions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue property sales opportunities and develop prospective customer relationships.
- Present property features, benefits and investment opportunities to clients.
- Arrange property viewings, negotiate and close sales, and support team sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, commercial initiative and interest in property investment.
- Self-motivation, resilience and a results-oriented approach.
Compensation
- Basic salary of ₦100,000 per month plus 10% personal commission on property sales.
