Hotel Manager at Bond Chemical Industries Limited – Awe, Oyo
Bond Chemical Industries Limited is recruiting a Hotel Manager in Awe, Oyo State, to oversee hotel operations, guest services and business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily hotel operations and maintain efficient service delivery.
- Supervise the upkeep of buildings, equipment and other hotel facilities.
- Maintain high hospitality standards and respond to guests’ service needs.
- Plan initiatives to increase occupancy, grow revenue and retain customers.
- Promote hotel services through suitable marketing channels.
- Oversee security measures that protect guests, staff and property.
- Track income, expenditure and operating costs, and prepare operational and financial reports for management.
- Direct staff activities, resolve workplace issues and support sound operational decisions.
Qualifications and skills
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, a social science discipline or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant hotel management experience, preferably in a supervisory or management position.
- Sound understanding of hotel operations, customer service and hospitality standards.
- Ability to manage budgets, financial performance and operating costs.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Competence with computers and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Capacity to work under pressure with integrity, professionalism and accountability.
