Position Title: Hotel Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Hotel Manager job opportunity is available at Garden Park Hotel & Suites for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Must have the capacity to coordinate all the departments
• Monitors and oversees all the facilities
• Ensure the efficient maintenance of all facilities
• Ensure appropriate internal control system are strictly adhered to
• Must be computer literate
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly operational report reach the office of the General Manager or MD / CEO
• Prepare strategic plans to ensure that target are met
• Anaylise existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement
• To expand revenue sources
• Provide direction and motivate staff.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Minimum of a good degree in hospitality administration

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience.
