Responsibilities
- Must have the capacity to coordinate all the departments
- Monitors and oversees all the facilities
- Ensure the efficient maintenance of all facilities
- Ensure appropriate internal control system are strictly adhered to
- Must be computer literate
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly operational report reach the office of the General Manager or MD / CEO
- Prepare strategic plans to ensure that target are met
- Anaylise existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement
- To expand revenue sources
- Provide direction and motivate staff.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of a good degree in hospitality administration
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience.
REMUNERATION:-
N150,000 monthly.
