- Our client, a key player in the vehicle and equipment leasing business in Nigeria, providing vehicle and equipment rental solutions is moving into another phase of growth and therefore seeks to recruit a highly competent, experienced, organised, innovative individual whose main responsibility is to develop and implement overall HR strategies and procedure across the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- He/She must have good interpersonal, leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law is very key.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Job Qualification – HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or Business Related Discipline
- Job Experience – 4+Years (cognate experience).
