HR & Recruitment Software Trainer at KadMap Systems Limited – Abuja
KadMap Systems Limited is engaging an HR & Recruitment Software Trainer on a 12-month contract in Abuja. The assignment focuses on teaching clients how to operate HR applications, not on coding or system integration.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver practical client training in employee records, leave, attendance, recruitment, applicant tracking, onboarding and HR reporting where these features are available.
- Demonstrate routine workforce-management tasks and explain how the applications support HR processes.
- Prepare clear user guides, training exercises and step-by-step reference materials.
- Answer user questions, adapt sessions to each client and assess participants’ understanding.
Requirements
- Practical experience with at least three relevant HR or recruitment applications.
- Understanding of HR administration, recruitment and workforce workflows.
- Ability to teach software features clearly, present confidently and prepare useful training materials.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, time-and-attendance or personnel management is desirable.
- Relevant applications include OrangeHRM (open-source edition), IceHrm, Sentrifugo, TimeTrex Community Edition, Horilla, OpenCATS, Laravel/Filament HRM and comparable standalone open-source applications.
Contract duration: 12 months.
