Taghini Foods is recruiting a Human Resource Business Partner and Talent Acquisition and Management Officer at Km 8, Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, Oluyole, Ibadan. The role connects recruitment and talent programmes with the company’s business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management and HR priorities.
- Lead talent-acquisition activities and contribute to people-development initiatives.
- Align HR practices and talent plans with operational goals and organisational growth.
- Build trusted relationships with employees and management and resolve people-related issues professionally.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Three to six years’ progressive HR experience, with at least two years’ talent-acquisition experience in poultry farming and cold-chain business.
- Understanding of labour requirements and established HR practices.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, analytical judgement and stakeholder influence.
- CIPM, SHRM or similar professional HR certification is an advantage.
