Regional HR Manager at New Edge Finance Limited – Ibadan
New Edge Finance Limited is recruiting a Regional HR Manager in Ibadan, Oyo State, to oversee people operations, payroll and employee support for the regional team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations and staff records.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll inputs for attendance, salaries, commissions and deductions.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and performance-management support.
- Apply HR policies, standard procedures and disciplinary processes.
- Prepare routine HR reports, follow up assignments and communicate operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in HR, Business Administration, Management or a relevant subject.
- At least three years’ relevant experience in HR, with practical payroll and HR-operations knowledge.
- Understanding of Nigerian employee-relations practices and confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Applicants must reside in Ibadan, work independently and demonstrate strong execution and follow-through.
- Experience in fintech or a sales-led business is advantageous.
