Talent Acquisition and Development Senior Associate at Havenhill Synergy – Abuja
Havenhill Synergy Limited is recruiting a Talent Acquisition and Development Senior Associate in Galadinmawa, Abuja, reporting to the Director of People Relations and Administration.
Responsibilities
- Build recruitment strategies and talent pipelines aligned with workforce plans and departmental needs.
- Manage hiring from sourcing and assessment through references, selection and onboarding.
- Track recruitment cost, timelines, quality and retention metrics.
- Conduct training-needs assessments, plan learning programmes and monitor development outcomes.
- Support succession and career planning, identify workforce gaps and maintain training and certification records.
- Manage approved budgets and report recruitment and learning performance while following HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in recruitment, learning and development or talent management.
- Professional HR certification or membership of CIPM or another recognised HR body is mandatory.
- Experience in renewable-energy recruitment, workforce planning and learning-programme management.
- Proficiency with HR management systems, recruitment software and reporting tools.
