DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of a B.Sc / HND
• 2 years experience in human resources or any related field
• Candidate must be able to develops and manages the company’s culture.
• He/she must be able to consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications.
• He/she must be able to interview applicants about their experience, education, skills, contact references and perform background checks.
•  He/she must be able to oversee recruitment and hiring process, and also inform applicants about job details such as benefits and condition.
