Inventory Officer at an Undisclosed Retail Pharmacy via Kanselor Business Innovation Campus – Apapa Road, Ebute Metta, Lagos
An undisclosed retail pharmacy and stores business is recruiting a full-time Inventory Officer for its Apapa Road, Ebute Metta location in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor receipts, transfers, dispatches and other stock movements.
- Perform physical counts, investigate variances and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
- Track expiry dates, rotate products using FIFO/FEFO and report slow-moving, damaged, missing or expired goods.
- Maintain proper storage of pharmaceutical and general retail products.
- Investigate stock losses, prepare management reports and follow inventory-control procedures.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least two years’ relevant inventory or stock-management experience.
- Retail pharmacy, supermarket or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, reconciliation, Microsoft Excel and inventory or POS software.
- Numerical and analytical ability, organisation, integrity and attention to detail.
