Logistics / Inventory Officer at Undisclosed Company – Ikeja

A shoe-making brand in Ikeja, Lagos is hiring a full-time Logistics / Inventory Officer to control stock and coordinate customer deliveries.

Inventory management

• Maintain accurate stock records by shoe design, size and quantity.
• Record receipts, sales, deliveries, returns, damages and inventory adjustments.
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile stock records with physical inventory.
• Monitor reorder levels, damaged items and discrepancies, and provide regular inventory reports.

Order processing and delivery

• Prepare customer orders, checking that the correct designs and sizes are selected.
• Coordinate dispatch riders and third-party logistics providers.
• Track deliveries, document logistics expenses and process returns.
• Keep products organised and properly stored.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory, warehousing or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong record-keeping, organisation, accuracy, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic ability to work with Excel, Google Sheets or inventory-tracking tools.
• Reliable and proactive approach to managing orders and delivery timelines.
• Must live within Ikeja, Ogba, Berger or nearby areas.

Salary

₦170,000–₦180,000 per month.
