IT Executive / Network Administrator at Primly Premium Solutions Limited – Abuja, Abuja

Primly Premium Solutions Limited is recruiting an IT Executive / Network Administrator in Abuja. This position helps the IT Lead oversee nationwide network infrastructure, systems security, cloud operations, IT support and collaboration with application developers, including work with hospital software systems.

Network, systems and security

• Design, implement and maintain LAN/WAN networks, cabling, routers, switches, wireless networks and connectivity across sites.
• Administer on-premises and cloud servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, user access and Microsoft Windows Server.
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, SSL certificates, DNS, domains and other network security controls.
• Manage AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3 and IAM, and maintain backup and disaster-recovery systems.
• Maintain PBX and VoIP systems such as 3CX, monitor infrastructure and resolve performance problems.

Project and operational duties

• Coordinate with internal and external developers on application planning, secure design, testing, deployment and issue resolution.
• Test web and hospital applications against requirements and record testing outcomes and improvements.
• Provide end-user support and configure hardware, software, email and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, licences, warranties, system documentation, user guides and operating procedures.
• Train staff, promote cyber awareness and support compliance with data-protection and IT security requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, technology improvements and IT departmental oversight.
• Provide after-hours or on-call support when critical systems require it.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related discipline. A master’s degree is advantageous.
• Three to five years of practical network, systems or IT infrastructure administration experience.
• Experience in LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, Windows Server, AD, DNS and DHCP.
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure, backup and recovery systems, and ideally PBX/VoIP and 3CX.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, web applications, software development lifecycles and testing.
• Strong communication, documentation, teamwork and multitasking skills in a multi-site environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP and Microsoft Azure or AWS qualifications are preferred; ITIL is an advantage.

Salary

₦350,000–₦400,000 monthly.
