Sales and Marketing Executive at Goldline Nigeria Limited – Okota, Lagos & Ada George, Port Harcourt
Goldline Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive for its Okota, Lagos and Ada George, Port Harcourt branches. The role promotes construction finishing products, develops customer relationships and supports sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers, present the company’s product range and negotiate sales.
- Develop relationships with customers and seek new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Learn product features and communicate their practical benefits to buyers.
- Support sales and marketing plans, online promotion and campaigns across relevant channels.
- Research competitors, market conditions, buyer needs and construction-sector trends.
- Collaborate with sales and other teams, track campaign and sales results, and propose process improvements.
- Provide effective customer service and regular sales and marketing performance reports.
Requirements
- OND, HND, BSc or a relevant qualification in sales, marketing or business administration.
- Previous sales and marketing experience, preferably involving building and construction materials.
- Market planning, market research, communication, customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software and marketing tools.
- Analytical, organisational, presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to achieve targets, work independently or with others, and manage a fast-paced workload.
- Ability to commute reliably or relocate before starting work.
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary range of ₦130,000–₦150,000 with commission.
