Kitchen Assistant at Musada Hotels and Luxury Suites – Abuja

Musada Hotels and Luxury Suites is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant in Abuja to support food preparation, cleaning and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop and portion ingredients under chefs’ instructions.
• Clean utensils, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen work areas throughout shifts.
• Receive, inspect and store supplies, maintain first-in-first-out rotation and support stock counts.
• Label and date food items and apply safe storage procedures to prevent spoilage and cross-contamination.
• Dispose of waste safely, report faulty equipment and assist with simple food preparation.

Requirements

• OND or HND.
• One to three years of experience in a hotel, restaurant or catering service.
• Ability to work in a busy team environment.
• Strong hygiene awareness, organisation, time management and communication skills.
