Kitchen Steward at Bolton White Group – Abuja
Bolton White Group is recruiting a Kitchen Steward in Abuja to maintain hygienic kitchen facilities, clean cookware and support efficient culinary operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashers, observing safe chemical concentrations and temperatures.
- Clean cookware, glassware and specialised kitchen equipment using appropriate procedures.
- Sort, store and protect clean service ware so chefs can access it promptly.
- Carry out cleaning schedules for floors, walls, vents and work areas in accordance with hygiene rules.
- Sanitise bins, manage waste segregation and support appropriate disposal.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, organising stock and rotating products using first-in, first-out principles.
- Help with basic food preparation such as vegetable peeling or portioning when instructed by the Sous Chef.
