Guest Relations Officer at Musada Luxury Hotels and Suites – Abuja
Musada Luxury Hotels and Suites is recruiting a full-time Guest Relations Officer in Abuja to oversee guest engagement, service requests and hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, prepare for VIP and returning arrivals, and explain hotel amenities.
- Coordinate transport arrangements, special requests and personalised hospitality services.
- Resolve or escalate complaints, follow up on guest satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Liaise with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance and Security teams.
- Document guest preferences, incidents and service issues confidentially.
Requirements
- OND, HND or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related subject.
- At least two years’ relevant hotel, guest relations, front office or customer service experience.
- Competence with hotel property systems, Microsoft Office and spoken and written English.
- Discretion, problem-solving, tact and strong service skills.
