Laundry Attendant at Protea Hotel Lagos Kuramo Waters – Lagos
Protea Hotel Lagos Kuramo Waters is recruiting a full-time Laundry Attendant in Lagos to care for guest clothing, hotel linen and uniforms.
Responsibilities
- Sort items according to fabric, colour and washing requirements before processing.
- Operate washing, drying and pressing equipment safely.
- Wash, dry, iron, fold and package guest laundry, linen and staff uniforms.
- Inspect items to maintain quality and avoid damage, loss or mix-ups.
- Maintain laundry-area hygiene and report supply shortages or equipment faults.
- Deliver laundry within set turnaround times and follow hotel safety procedures.
Requirements
- At least SSCE/WAEC qualification.
- Basic laundry, fabric-care and stain-removal knowledge and ability to use relevant equipment.
- Good attention to detail, teamwork, communication and organisation.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Hotel or commercial laundry experience is an advantage.
