Lead Civil Engineer at AUT Energy Resources Limited – Port Harcourt, Rivers

AUT Energy Resources Limited is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer in Port Harcourt to direct civil and structural engineering delivery across oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Lead civil and structural project planning, design reviews, construction, inspection and maintenance.
• Supervise engineers, contractors and site teams while coordinating with Operations, HSE, Procurement and clients.
• Review drawings, calculations, specifications and construction methods for quality and compliance.
• Monitor delivery programmes, budgets, resources, risks and site safety.
• Investigate engineering challenges and prepare progress reports and management recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, with eight to ten years’ relevant experience including at least three years in supervision or leadership.
• Knowledge of concrete, steel, foundations, drainage and roads; proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS or equivalent tools.
• COREN or NSE membership is an advantage; site travel may be required.
