Lead Generation Specialist at Genius Software – Remote

Genius Software is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist for a remote position. Research potential software clients, generate leads through LinkedIn and Upwork, and support sales outreach and lead nurturing.

Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

• Research and outreach pools of potential clients in professional networks and other platforms.
• Generate leads for our sales team through LinkedIn, Upwork and other channels.
• Inbound/Outbound correspondence, Lead nurturing.
• Develop and guide relationships with prospects to create mutually beneficial opportunities
• Working closely with the Sales team.

Requirements

• Experience in IT lead-generation or IT-sales activities;
• Experience with lead generation on LinkedIn;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good analytical and research skills;
• Intermediate English skills (please notice you’ll have to communicate with the USA/EU clients daily)
• Experience with any CRM system and basic knowledge of sales processes.
