An undisclosed employer is recruiting an Agent Field Officer in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. The role will market retail financial products, onboard customers and agents, support account opening and loan documentation.

Key responsibilities include

• Customer Onboarding:Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
• Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
• Product Promotion:Actively market and sell the company’s financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
• Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.

Requirements

• Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, BSC
• Age: Not more than 35years.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of marketing experience is required.
