Loan Officer (Salary Loan & Investment) at Rosabon Financial Services – 48 Openings (Hybrid)
Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is recruiting 48 full-time Loan Officers for salary loan and investment sales, with 12 openings each in Yaba (Lagos), Abeokuta (Ogun), Osogbo (Osun) and Ibadan (Oyo). The positions offer a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell salary loan and investment products.
- Source, onboard and manage individual and corporate clients.
- Identify qualified leads and develop them into business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- At least an NCE, OND, HND or bachelor’s degree.
- For Loan Officer applicants, at least one year’s experience selling loans or other financial services products.
- A record of meeting sales targets and an understanding of the local market and customer acquisition methods.
Salary and benefits
The monthly salary for Loan Officers is ₦110,000. An entry-level Sales Officer option is also advertised for applicants without experience, at ₦85,000 per month (monthly pay and transport).
