Marketing Coordinator & PA to the GM at Radisson Hotel Group – Benin City

Radisson Hotel Group is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the General Manager in Benin City, Edo State. The position combines hotel marketing delivery with administrative support to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Implement hotel marketing plans with the Marketing Partner in line with brand and business objectives.
• Develop engaging campaigns and content across appropriate marketing channels.
• Support social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation and paid digital campaigns.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to online reviews to support the hotel’s reputation.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate events, promotions and related guest-facing activities.
• Monitor marketing budgets, maintain expenditure records and contribute to reporting.
• Ensure that marketing materials meet the hotel’s brand and quality standards.
• Organise the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel.
• Keep accurate contract, supplier agreement and marketing budget records.
• Work with the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams on shared priorities.

Requirements

• Previous marketing and administrative experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of social media management, digital marketing tools and basic SEO.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks.
• Creativity and an eye for design and content quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to develop professionally.
