Sales Executive at ASA Security – Abuja and Lagos

ASA Security is recruiting a Sales Executive to develop client relationships and promote the company’s security services in Abuja (FCT) and Lagos. The full-time position combines business development, customer engagement and sales performance reporting.

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos. Employment type: Full-time. Reports to: Director of Security (DOS).

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for prospective and existing clients, presenting suitable security solutions and supporting sales growth.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across residential, corporate, retail and industrial customer segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies suited to physical security services.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects, including luxury estates, retail outlets and corporate offices.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with senior decision-makers.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to monitor prospects, customers and sales activity.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts and monitor progress against sales targets.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Three to five years of proven sales experience, preferably in security services or a related industry.
• An advanced degree or professional certification in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills and competencies

• Ability to develop practical sales strategies for physical security services.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos market and its business environment.
• Understanding of residential, corporate, retail and industrial customer segments.
• Strong client acquisition, networking and relationship management skills.
• Confident negotiation and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting and forecasting.
• Self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional integrity and respect for client confidentiality.

Remuneration

Monthly salary and sales commission of up to ₦1,000,000.
