Vawell Power Solution is looking for a creative, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong digital marketing experience to join our team.

We are seeking a marketing professional who can strengthen our brand presence, promote our products and services, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through effective marketing strategies and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, promotional materials, and written content.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate business leads.
• Manage online advertising campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business and marketing opportunities.
• Support brand development, positioning, and corporate communications.
• Implement SEO strategies and coordinate website content updates.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaign results, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to support customer acquisition and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, particularly digital marketing.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital campaign execution.
• Good knowledge of online advertising, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.
• A portfolio of previous marketing projects or campaigns is an added advantage.
