Mechanical Completions Lead via Elite Talent Placements – Lagos / Offshore
Elite Talent Placements is recruiting a Mechanical Completions Lead for a major deepwater and FPSO project in Nigeria, with an offshore/onshore rotational work model.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical completion and commissioning-readiness activities for offshore and subsea project scopes.
- Coordinate systemisation, testing, punch-list closure and handover.
- Manage brownfield modifications in operating production environments under HSE controls.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, operations teams, vendors and commissioning personnel.
- Support FAT, SAT, SIT, hydrotesting, flushing, leak testing and system verification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of offshore oil and gas project experience.
- Experience in FPSO systems, commissioning, brownfield projects and deepwater operations.
- Understanding of simultaneous operations, QA/QC and offshore HSE requirements.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary offshore teams and EPC contractors.
