DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of 4 years corporate commercial experience from a reputable firm.
• Transactional experience in at least two of the following practice (Finance, M&A, capital markets, private equity, technology and infrastructure)
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong legal research competency
• Rainmaking capabilities
• An MBA and foreign language profiency will be an added advantage.
