Night Duty Manager at Komaro Group – Warri
Komaro Group is recruiting a Night Duty Manager in Warri, Delta State.
Qualifications and experience
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field. Applicants with OND and substantial relevant experience may be considered.
- Three to five years’ hotel-operations experience, including supervisory or managerial work.
- Ability to coordinate hotel departments, daily operations and staff during the night-duty period.
- Strong guest-relations, decision-making, problem-solving and management skills.
- Knowledge of service standards, staff discipline, operational reporting and escalation procedures.
