Day Duty Manager at Komaro Group – Warri
Komaro Group is recruiting two Day Duty Manager in Warri, Delta State.
Qualifications and experience
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. OND holders with substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
- Three to five years’ hotel-operations experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Ability to coordinate hotel operations, departments and employees on the day shift.
- Strong guest relations, judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of service standards, operational reports, staff discipline and appropriate escalation of issues.
