Office / Shop Attendant at a Retail Business via Castville Solutions – Idi-Oro, Mushin

A retail business is recruiting a full-time Office / Shop Attendant in Idi-Oro, Mushin, Lagos, through Castville Solutions to support customers, sales and shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them select suitable products.
• Arrange goods on shelves, organise displays and check product labels.
• Process sales, operate the point-of-sale system and issue receipts accurately.
• Receive incoming stock and ensure items are checked and stored appropriately.
• Track inventory and report missing, damaged or expired goods.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and welcoming shop and office environment.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND or NCE qualification.
• At least one year of experience as a shop attendant, retail sales assistant or similar worker.
• Strong customer service, communication and honesty.
• Professional appearance, initiative and willingness to work weekends.
• Residence close to Idi-Oro, Mushin, Lagos.

Salary

₦100,000–₦130,000 per month.
