Operations Manager (Luxury Serviced Apartments) – Magodo, Lagos

A premium serviced accommodation provider is recruiting an Operations Manager through Stretch-it Concepts to oversee daily property operations in Magodo, Lagos. The role focuses on staff coordination, guest experience, service standards and property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across serviced rooms, apartments and guest facilities.
• Supervise staff, allocate tasks, track performance and maintain operating procedures.
• Ensure rooms are clean, equipped, maintained and ready for guests; monitor check-in and check-out.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, security, property inspections and online or in-person sales.
• Manage vendors, supplies, amenities, inventory and maintenance schedules.
• Enforce hygiene, health, safety, security and service standards.
• Manage operational records, guest feedback, service incidents and cost controls.
• Implement processes and checklists to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments or property operations.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple operational functions.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service.
• Strong communication, time management, organisation, problem solving and decision-making.
• Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with hospitality or property-management systems is an advantage.
• Hands-on approach and attention to detail.
