Female Hospitality Manager (Eatery and Restaurant) at Elevated HR Limited – Victoria Island
Elevated HR Limited is recruiting a full-time Female Hospitality Manager in Victoria Island, Lagos, to coordinate daily service, staff, stock distribution and operating standards across eatery and restaurant outlets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations across outlets and check compliance through store visits.
- Train and monitor outlet staff to maintain consistent service, presentation and company standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, stock deliveries and collaboration between bakery and delivery personnel.
- Support administration, staff performance processes, meetings, interviews and training activities.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and maintain strong internal and external service standards.
- Monitor industry practices and support operational improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field, with basic financial knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail.
- Initiative, organisational skills and willingness to implement feedback.
