Process Development Executive at Meridian Hospital – Port Harcourt
Meridian Hospital is seeking a Process Development Executive in Port Harcourt to support documented business processes, operational improvement and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Review operating processes, identify gaps and assist with improvements to workflows and service delivery.
- Develop clear process documentation and use relevant flowcharts and mapping tools.
- Apply quality-assurance approaches and recognised continuous-improvement principles.
- Support consistent operational procedures across hospital business functions.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Health, Quality Management or a related field.
- Three to five years in process development, business process improvement, quality assurance or operations; healthcare or hospital experience is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of process mapping, Visio, Lean/Six Sigma principles and Microsoft Office.
- Professional credentials in quality management, PMP or ISO quality-management systems are added advantages.
