Project Admin Manager at Justbrandit Limited – Shomolu

Justbrandit Limited is recruiting a full-time Project Admin Manager in Shomolu, Lagos, to oversee project schedules, coordination, reporting and documentation. The role reports to the Business Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution and monitoring of creative-agency projects.
• Maintain project schedules, task allocations, milestones and deliverable registers.
• Organise meetings, circulate agendas, record minutes and follow up on agreed actions.
• Work with clients, vendors and internal teams to keep work progressing.
• Track project budgets, expenses and resource use and flag material deviations.
• Identify delays and risks and prepare regular progress reports for the Business Operations Manager.
• Maintain contracts, correspondence and project documents and monitor quality requirements.
• Support procurement, stakeholder communications and delivery accountability.

Qualifications and skills

• HND or bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• One to three years’ experience in project administration, project coordination or operations management.
• Ability to work across several projects, organise documentation, manage deadlines and monitor spending.
• Strong Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; project-management software knowledge is useful.
• Strong communication, planning, stakeholder engagement, reporting and problem-solving ability.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Salary

₦200,000 per month.
