Secretary – Print Shop at Justbrandit Limited – Shomolu, Lagos

Justbrandit Limited is recruiting a Secretary for its print shop in Shomolu, Lagos. The full-time position provides administrative, production-tracking and financial record support under the Print Shop Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Record incoming, ongoing, completed and pending printing jobs and prepare production reports.
• Track invoices, quotations, delivery notes, customer orders, expenses and payment requests.
• Maintain accurate printing-material inventory and carry out regular stock checks.
• Follow up on material requests, equipment maintenance, approvals and outstanding administrative work.
• Coordinate approved matters with Finance, Procurement, HR and Maintenance under the supervisor’s direction.
• Keep organised and confidential records and submit updates for supervisory review.
• Observe the approval process and do not independently authorise spending or production decisions.

Requirements

• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous administrative, secretarial or finance experience; printing or production experience is an advantage.
• Practical familiarity with invoices, quotations, payment requests and financial records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong numerical, organisational and reporting skills.
• Integrity, discretion, effective communication and ability to follow supervisory instructions.
