Business Operations & Reporting Officer at Total Data Limited – Lagos

Total Data Limited is recruiting a Business Operations & Reporting Officer in Lagos to support the General Manager with operational coordination, management information, performance monitoring and follow-up on decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and coordinate periodic reports from departments, units and business locations for the General Manager.
• Review reports for completeness, accuracy, consistency and adherence to reporting requirements.
• Prepare consolidated management reports, executive summaries, performance dashboards and briefings.
• Track departmental KPIs, targets, deliverables, reporting deadlines and significant variances.
• Maintain action-point trackers for meetings and management instructions, and follow up to closure.
• Monitor implementation of management decisions and recurring operational risks or exceptions.
• Coordinate management meetings, performance reviews, information requests and stakeholder responses.
• Maintain organised records of reports, decisions, action plans and correspondence.
• Handle sensitive management information confidentially and comply with internal information-handbook principles.
• Perform related duties assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in business operations, management reporting, business analysis, executive support or similar work.
• Experience analysing reports from multiple departments and tracking performance indicators and operational deliverables.
• A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in business management, project management or data analytics is an advantage.
• Experience supporting a General Manager, Managing Director or another senior executive is an advantage.

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable according to experience and qualifications.
