Project Manager at Adeiza Suleman Foundation – Remote

Adeiza Suleman Foundation is recruiting a remote Project Manager, with the opportunity advertised through 10Alytics. The role will coordinate scholarships and education-support programmes, manage delivery timelines and strengthen transparency, accountability and programme results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and evaluate the Foundation’s projects and scholarship programmes from commencement to completion.
• Manage scholarship applications, beneficiary selection processes, payments and follow-up with recipients.
• Monitor programme budgets, financial records, timelines and deliverables to promote responsible use of resources.
• Coordinate communication and activities with partners, donors and other stakeholders, including fundraising and partnership initiatives.
• Track outcomes, prepare impact and progress reports, and introduce systems to improve programme administration and accountability.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Two to four years of relevant project or programme management experience.
• Experience in project tracking, budget monitoring, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and document preparation.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with integrity and close attention to detail.

Preferred experience and skills

• Experience in nonprofit organisations, scholarship administration, education or social-impact programmes.
• Exposure to donor relations, grant management, fundraising or partnership development.
• Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or CAPM.
