Responsibilities
- Inspecting products and samples using industry-appropriate methods, like examining functionality and comparing standards
- Checking to ensure that products adhere to quality standard and requirements
- Review products produced to ensure it corresponds with products blueprints
- Record inspection reports, production reports, wastages and defects in the quality database
- Train production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Propose improvements to production process
- Constant research and implementation of quality processes to company’s processes
- Regular review and update of the company’s quality policy manual in line with current industry knowledge and trends
- Recommend appropriate quality certifications for the company and renewal of existing certificates
Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years work experience.
