Quantity Surveying (QS) Officer at Mar & Mor Integrated Services Limited – Lagos
Mar & Mor Integrated Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Quantity Surveying Officer in Lagos to manage cost estimates, budgets, tender documents and contract administration for MEPF and ELV building-services projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, contracts, bills of quantities, tender documentation and cost estimates with project teams.
- Track scope and construction changes and update budgets and project records.
- Analyse tenders, project costs, feasibility, commercial risks and valuations.
- Maintain progress reports and follow up on project deliverables.
- Value completed work and coordinate payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
- University degree in Quantity Surveying.
- At least four years’ direct building-services experience involving electromechanical, firefighting, HVAC, plumbing or extra-low-voltage works.
- Membership or professional certification from NIQS, QSRBN or another relevant body is an advantage.
