Store Officer at Churchgate Group – Abuja
Churchgate Group is recruiting a full-time Store Officer in Abuja to manage material receipt, inventory documentation, goods issuing and stock control.
Store and inventory duties
- Inspect incoming goods against specifications, quantities, packaging and expiry dates.
- Separate acceptable deliveries from damaged or nonconforming materials.
- Check waybills, delivery notes and invoices for proper completion and stamping.
- Record incoming materials and upload documents to the ERP system to generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Work with user departments to obtain certificates of conformity for received goods.
- Maintain accurate receipt and inventory records.
Qualifications and skills
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Inventory Management or a related field.
- Two to four years of corporate inventory-management experience is an advantage.
- Good inventory, data-entry, communication and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, physical fitness and problem-solving ability.
