RDC Assistant Depot Manager – Disco – Supply Chain at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc – Sagamu

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is recruiting an RDC Assistant Depot Manager for its supply-chain operations in Sagamu, Ogun State. The position supports effective depot management, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and timely dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily goods receipt, warehousing, picking, loading and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate stock through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations and investigations of discrepancies.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, transport planning and delivery performance against service targets.
• Monitor stock availability, ageing, shelf life and replenishment, applying FIFO/FEFO controls.
• Keep inventory transactions accurate and up to date in D365 or other warehouse management systems.

Qualifications and experience

• BSc or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• At least three years’ experience in depot, warehouse, logistics or supply-chain operations.
• Experience managing inventory, fulfilment, dispatch and transport coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management tools, preferably D365/WMS, is advantageous.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, coordination and operational data analysis skills.
