RDC Warehouse Supervisor – Disco – Supply Chain at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc – Abuja

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is hiring an RDC Warehouse Supervisor in Abuja to lead daily depot operations, maintain inventory accuracy and deliver efficient order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, put-away, storage, picking, loading and dispatch of stock.
• Check quantities, batches, documents and product condition throughout stock movements.
• Allocate work to warehouse teams and manage order-fulfilment and truck-turnaround targets.
• Enforce approved stacking patterns, storage locations, housekeeping and safety practices.
• Run cycle counts, assist with audits and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum OND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• At least two years’ experience in warehouse supervision, logistics or inventory operations.
• Ability to coordinate warehouse personnel and stock-control activities.
• Strong planning, leadership, numerical accuracy and organisational skills.
