Biorapid Diagnostics Nigeria Limited seeks a full-time Receptionist at its Abacha Road location in Abuja to welcome clients, manage enquiries and support front-desk records.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a presentable, courteous, and well-organized female Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• The ideal candidate should have good computer and data-entry skills, communicate fluently in English, and maintain a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients and visitors courteously.
• Handle phone calls, enquiries, and basic correspondence.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule appointments and assist with front-desk administrative duties.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Ensure professional and respectful communication with clients and staff.

Requirements

• ND or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Must be female and between 20–28years old.
• Must be presentable, well-groomed, and professionally minded.
• Good knowledge of computers and data entry.
• Good command of written and spoken English with fluent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a professional environment.
• Background in the medical/healthcare field is an added advantage.
• Must reside within Abacha Road or its immediate environs.
