Lead, Business Process Management Optimisation & Analysis at Stanbic IBTC Bank – Lagos

Stanbic IBTC Bank is recruiting a Lead, Business Process Management Optimisation & Analysis at Walter Carrington Crescent, Lagos. The position evaluates business needs, designs process changes and oversees structured improvements to operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems, improvement opportunities and the rationale for change.
• Assess commercial opportunities, run feasibility studies and support plans for market and product expansion.
• Prepare project scopes, functional specifications, cost estimates, risk assessments and underlying assumptions.
• Manage implementation schedules and resource needs across development stages.
• Guide stakeholders through problem definition, practical solution design and disciplined execution.
• Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, changing requirements and areas for optimisation.
• Develop operational metrics that reveal performance gaps and support business objectives.
• Promote consistent methods and best practices across business units.
• Provide accurate, timely management information from relevant reporting sources.

Qualifications and experience

• BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Five to seven years’ experience managing complex operations, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of process and project management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, CBAP or related business analysis training and certifications are an advantage.
