Regional Manager (Buy Now Pay Later) at PalmPay – Benin City
PalmPay is recruiting a Regional Manager for its Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) mobile-phone instalment business in Benin City, Edo State, on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and lead sales executives and agents to achieve BNPL targets.
- Build relationships with merchants, agents, distributors and financial institutions to expand market reach.
- Identify commercial opportunities, monitor competitors and review regional sales results.
- Coach the sales team, set performance objectives and provide management reports and forecasts.
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies, manage distribution risks and help resolve escalated BNPL customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- At least five years of sales-management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Evidence of growing customer bases, achieving sales goals and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of payments and financial services, including ATM and card services.
- Analytical, communication, relationship-management and leadership skills; willingness to travel within the region.
