Regional Security Officer at Moniepoint Incorporated – Enugu

Moniepoint Incorporated is recruiting a Regional Security Officer in Enugu to protect its people, facilities and assets and coordinate regional physical-security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement security policies and assess office and regional security risks.
• Supervise private guards and armed police personnel and maintain operational standards.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services and other local stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents, maintain factual reports and improve preventative controls.
• Provide security training and maintain readiness for emergencies.
• Oversee CCTV, access-control technology and regional asset protection.
• Support fraud investigations and asset recovery when required.

Requirements

• At least five years leading physical-security teams or five years in a supervisory role as former commissioned military, police or paramilitary personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Recognised security certification such as CPP, PSP or CPO.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate in major local dialects in the assigned region.
• Experience with CCTV, intrusion alarms and other automated security systems.
